What Is a Reclaim Your Power Healing Session?

This is more than a Reiki session.
It’s an intuitive, divinely guided energy healing experience rooted in the wisdom of your body, your energy field, and the support of your spiritual team.

As a Certified Usui Reiki Master and Teacher, I hold space for your nervous system to unwind, your energy to recalibrate, and your soul to remember its strength.
Depending on what your body and spirit need, I may integrate:

• Crystal therapy (placed intuitively on or around the body)

• Aromatherapy to calm the nervous system and open the energy field

• Sound healing with crystal bowls or tuning forks attuned to specific frequencies

• Sacred herbs to cleanse your aura and space

• Gentle energetic contact or stillness (as guided)

• Channeled insight, if your spirit team or higher self offers it

Every session is as unique as you are.

What to Expect:

You’ll begin with a brief check-in, followed by time to settle into a warm, welcoming space.
In-person clients will lie on a massage table with blankets, one of my handmade lavender eye pillows, and ambient sound.
Virtual clients are guided into a quiet resting state while I tune in remotely.

You may feel energy moving, see images or colors, or enter a deep state of rest. You may cry. You may sleep.
All of it is healing.

Afterward, I’ll gently close the session, offer you water, and share any impressions, insights, or messages that came through (if any arise).
